Das Seminar zielt darauf ab, Studentinnen der Erziehungswissenschaften theoretisches Wissen und praktische Kompetenzen zur Arbeit in einem Schwerpunktbereich der Frauenberatung - häusliche sowie sexualisierte Gewalterfahrung - zu vermitteln. Im Mittelpunkt steht die theoretische und praktische Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Gewalt im Geschlechterverhältnis und der Erwerb von Grundkenntnissen der Beratung von Frauen als Betroffene in diesem Feld. Als wichtige Grundlage der praktischen Arbeit wird Vernetzung als Voraussetzung für die Gestaltung effektiver Intervention und Unterstützung mit einbezogen. In Form von Gruppenarbeit zur theoretischen Aufarbeitung und praxisbezogenen Übungen erhalten StudentInnen die Möglichkeit, sich dem Thema zu nähern und beraterische Grundhaltung und Methoden kennen zu lernen.
