In dem Seminar „Diversity und Partizipation“ sollen im ersten Block Begriffsdefinitionen und eine kritische Reflexion der sogenannten „Diversity“-Konzepte stattfinden. In der darauf folgenden Phase werden die kritisch reflektierten Konzepte in Bezug auf die Praxis thematisiert. Am Ende werden Praxisfelder (Was ist Diversity-Pädagogik?) anhand von Beispielen erläutert.
