Diese Veranstaltung setzt die Grundkurse im Strafrecht (AT I und AT II/Delikte gegen die Person) fort. Es werden Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte vorgestellt. Die Vorlesung konzentriert sich auf die "klassischen" Straftatbestände: Sachbeschädigung, Diebstahl, Betrug, Raub, Erpressung und Untreue. Die Darstellung erfolgt fallbezogen.
Die Vorlesung wird von Tutorials begleitet, in denen die Falllösung eingeübt wird.
Diese Veranstaltung gehört zum Pflichtfachbereich im Grundstudium und ist dem Modul Strafrecht B zugeordnet.
Leistungsnachweis:
Als zwischenprüfungsrelevante Leistungsnachweise werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur und eine Hausarbeit angeboten. Die genaueren Termine werden durch das Prüfungsamt bekannt gegeben.
