Schwerpunktveranstaltung für SPB 7 - Arbeit und sozialer Schutz (StudPrO 2003)
Europäisches Recht beeinflusst das nationale Arbeitsrecht mehr und mehr. Richtlinien der EU erfassen inzwischen so unterschiedliche Bereiche wie die Gleichbehandlung der Geschlechter, das Recht der Teilzeitarbeit, den Betriebsübergang und den Arbeitsschutz. Auch das kollektive Arbeitsrecht unterliegt europarechtlichen Einflüssen. Die Veranstaltung dient dazu, einschlägige Richtlinien und die dazugehörige Rechtsprechung des EuGH kennen zu lernen und ihren Einfluss auf das nationale Arbeitsrecht zu ermitteln.
