n dieser Veranstaltung werden die Grundlagen im Umgang mit dem Statistikpaket SAS vermittelt, das am Lehrstuhl im Rahmen von Seminaren und Diplomarbeitsprojekten eingesetzt wird. In den ersten drei Sitzungen werden die Grundfunktionen der Software erläutert und am Rechner anhand konkreter Aufgaben veranschaulicht. In den folgenden Sitzungen werden sodann die Aufgabenblätter von den Studenten gelöst und gemeinsam diskutiert. Die Übung schließt mit einer kurzen Klausur ab, die ein Feedback über den vermittelten Wissensstand geben soll. Studierenden, die beabsichtigen, am Lehrstuhl ihre Diplomarbeit anzufertigen, empfehlen wir die Teilnahme an dieser Veranstaltung, um sich auf diese Weise die für die Durchführung empirischer Untersuchungen elementaren Grundkenntnisse in SAS anzueignen.
