Moderation ist ein wesentliches Tool pädagogisch-psychologischer Arbeit. In den unterschiedlichsten beruflichen Situationen gilt es, Arbeitstreffen oder offizielle Veranstaltungen zu moderieren oder in schwierigen Situationen zu vermitteln. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung wird die Moderationsmethode vorgestellt und in praktischen Übungen intensiv trainiert. Das Seminar gliedert sich in 3 Blöcke, welche verschiedene Themenschwerpunkt verfolgen:

Themenschwerpunkt 1: "Moderation in Gruppen"
Workshops, Arbeitsgruppen, Projektgruppen

Themenschwerpunkt 2: "Moderation offizieller Veranstaltungen"
Konferenzen, Sitzungen

Themenschwerpunkt 3: "Konfliktmoderation"
Konfliktmanagement, Mediation, Verhandlungsschlichtung

Vorgestellt und eingeübt werden jeweils zum Themenschwerpunkt passende Arbeitsmethoden und Visualisierungstechniken.
Die Teilnehmer werden zu den jeweiligen Themenschwerpunkten konkrete Aufgaben als Moderatoren praktisch bearbeiten (z.B. einen Workshop durchführen, eine Konferenz anleiten oder eine Schlichtung durchführen)

Am 10. Mai findet um 10.00 ct eine verbindliche Vorbereitungssitzung statt.

Aufgrund der Teilnehmerbegrenzung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung im Sekretariat (T5-207) erforderlich.
