In diesem Modul werden grundlegende Methoden der funktionellen Genomanalyse an Hand des pflanzlichen Modellsystems Arabidopsis thaliana vermittelt. Dies beinhaltet: Isolierung und Nachweis von Gensequenzen; Herstellung und Untersuchung von genetisch veränderten Pflanzen; Untersuchung von Genexpression und Mutanten; Analyse der intrazellulären Lokalisation von Proteinen in vivo; Untersuchung von Protein-Interaktionen. Leistungsnachweis: Abschlusstestat. Zugangsvoraussetzung: Erfolgreiche Teilnahme am Aufbaumodul Genetik/Physiologie/Zellbiologie, Praktikum Genomforschung II oder vergleichbare Laborerfahrung
