Diese Veranstaltung dient der Nachbereitung des Praktikums im Hauptstudium und im BA-Studiengang für alle Studierenden, die dieses Praktikum im Bereich Weiterbildung absolviert haben. Abhängig von den gewählten Praktikumseinrichtungen werden unterschiedliche Segmente des Praxisfeldes (z.B. Betriebe, Weiterbildungsträger etc.) thematisch berücksichtigt und übergreifende Anforderungen an ein professionelles Handeln und der eigene Kompetenzerwerb thematisiert.
Neben Grundlagentexten und Praxisberichten der Seminarteilnehmer/innen werden die jeweiligen Aufgabenfelder dargestellt und vor dem Hintergrund wissenschaftlicher Theorien reflektiert.
Die Veranstaltung wird in Blöcken statt finden.

Das Seminar richtet sich an Studierende, die am BPS-Seminar Teil I/ BE 11.1 teilgenommen und ihr Praktikum (BE 11.2) absolviert haben
