In diesem Kurs soll zunächst die grundsätzliche Frage „Was ist und was will Innovationsmanagement?“ beantwortet werden. Insbesondere werden dann verschiedene Innovationsstrategien behandelt bzw. wird erörtert, welche zwischen- und innerbetrieblichen Innovationsstrukturen zum Erfolg nötig sind. Ein weiterer Themenkomplex beschäftigt sich schließlich mit Widerständen, denen sich das Innovationsmanagement in einer Unternehmung gegenüber sehen kann, und mit Maßnahmen zu deren Überwindung (z.B. dem Einsatz von Promotoren).

Für die Teilnahme ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich! Es ist nicht ausreichend, wenn die Veranstaltung in den Stundenplan gelegt wird. Die Anmeldung kann ab sofort bis zum 30.07.2010, 12:00 Uhr, über das Anmeldeformular auf der Lehrstuhl-Website (siehe externe Kommentarseite) erfolgen.
Die Veranstaltung ist auf 32 Teilnehmer begrenzt.

In die Beurteilung gehen Präsentationen durch Teams von TeilnehmerInnen (40 %) sowie das Resultat einer abschließenden Klausur (60 %) ein, wobei zur positiven Absolvierung des Kurses mindestens die Hälfte der höchstmöglichen Punkte erreicht werden müssen.
