240077 Elementare partielle Differentialgleichnungen (V) (WiSe 2010/2011)

Das Ziel dieser Vorlesung besteht darin, einige elementare Typen
partieller Differentialgleichungen zu studieren, die weitreichende
Anwendungen haben: die Potentialgleichung, die Wärmeleitungsgleichung,
die Wellengleichung, die Transport-- oder Advektionsgleichung.
Anstelle einer allgemeinen Theorie zur Existenz und Eindeutigkeit
von Lösungen streben wir explizite Lösungsdarstellungen an
(daher das Wort 'elementar'). Sie lassen sich mit Methoden der
Fouriertransformation, mit Hilfe von Integralkernen (Greensche Funktion,
Wärmeleitungskern) oder durch Rückführung auf gewöhnliche
Differentialgleichungen gewinnen.Diese Vorlesung ist besonders geeignet für Bachelor--Studierende,
die eine Vorlesung über gewöhnliche Differentialgleichungen
gehört haben. Weitere Hilfsmittel, zum Beispiel aus der Lebesgueschen
Integrationstheorie oder der Fourieranalysis werden in der Vorlesung
(ohne Beweis) zur Verfügung gestellt.Aufbauend auf diese Vorlesung wird im darauffolgenden Semester ein Seminar
angeboten, in dessen Rahmen eine Bachelorarbeit angefertigt werden
kann.
