291501 Europäische Privatrechtsgeschichte (V) (WiSe 2010/2011)

Die Vorlesung spannt den Bogen von den Rechten des Altertums (Rom, Griechenland, Mesopotamien, Jüdisches Recht) über den Aufstieg des römisch-gemeinen Rechts seit dem Hochmittelalter und die Epoche der nationalen Kodifikationen (z.B. Code civil von 1804) bis zum gegenwärtigen Zeitalter der allmählichen Wiedergewinnung der europäischen Rechtseinheit.
Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Für Hörer ab 1. Semester.
Durch eine Klausur kann der Leistungsnachweis gemäß § 21 Abs. 2 Nr. 3, § 20 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 StudPrO (kleiner Grundlagenschein) erworben werden.
