In diesem Seminar lesen wir gemeinsam das Buch “Funktionen und Folgen formaler Organisation” von Niklas Luhmanns. Wie kaum ein anderer Autor vor und nach ihm gelang es ihm in diesem Buch, die Stärken einer spezifisch soziologischen Herangehensweise an das Phänomen Organisation aufzuzeigen. In diesem Seminar wird das Buch in seiner Gänze durchgegangen und Bezugspunkte zu aktuellen Diskussionen im Management hergestellt.

Die Seminare finden selbstverständlich statt – je nach Lage face-to-face oder remote per Internet. Gehen Sie davon aus, dass die ersten Sitzungen remote über zoom.us stattfinden werden. Nähere Infos erhalten sie immer vor der ersten Sitzung. Wie vom Rektorat und Dekanat festgelegt beginnt unsere Veranstaltung am Mittwoch 22.4. um 14.15. Wir empfehlen die beiden Seminare unbedingt zusammen zu belegen.
Im ersten Seminar von 14.15 bis 15.45 erarbeiten wir die Grundlagen der Organisationssoziologie anhand des Buches von Niklas Luhmann „Funktionen und Folgen formaler Organisation“ Grundlagen der Organisationssoziologie die wir im zweiten Seminar von 16.15 bis 17.45 auf einen konkreten empirischen Gegenstand – sogenannte holakratische Organisationen – anwenden.
