Das Seminar " Rechtssoziologie I: Theoretische Grundlagen – Eine Einführung an Hand von Schlüsseltexten " bildet den ersten Teil einer zweisemestrigen Einführung in die Rechtssoziologie. Beide Teile können unabhängig voneinander belegt werden.
In diesem Seminar (Rechtssoziologie I) werden grundlegende Fragen einer soziologischen Theorie des Rechts behandelt. Neben der Propädeutik einer allgemeinen Rechtslehre sowie einem kursorischen Überblick über die Geschichte der Rechtssoziologie werden die Themenkomplexe Norm und Recht, Verfahrenstheorie, Rechtssystem und Gesellschaft, Habitus und Feld, Macht und Recht, Recht und Kritik sowie Recht und Differenz an Hand von Schlüsseltexten der Rechtssoziologie erörtert.
Die Veranstaltung wird online abgehalten. Zutritt zu den zoom-Sitzungen im Ordner "Meetings" erhalten Sie mit dem Zugangscode, der angemeldeten Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern vor Semesterbeginn per Email mitgeteilt wird.
