Dieses Spezialmodul dient einer Vertiefung der Kenntnisse in der experimentellen Biotechnologie photoautropher Mikroorganismen, wobei der Modellorganismus C. reinhardtii, eine einzellige Grünalge, genutzt wrid. Im Rahmen des Praktikums sollen molekularbiologische sowie biochemische Techniken erlernt werden, wobei thematisch die nachhaltige Produktion von Biokraftstoffen (H2 und Biodiesel) im Vordergrund stehen.
