Ziel der zweiteiligen Übungsreihe ist es, den gesamten beruflichen Bewerbungs-prozess sowohl aus der Perspektive des Bewerbers als auch in der Rolle des Beurteilers und Auswählenden kennenzulernen. Dabei werden typische Situationen durchgespielt sowie Kommunikations- und Handlungsmuster analysiert. Die Veranstaltung teilt sich auf in einführende Erläuterungen, Arbeit in Kleingruppen und Rollenspiele mit anschließender Analyse.
