Das Element 3, einem von studentischen TutorInnen geleitetes Tutorium, dient der Orientierung der ErstsemesterInnen, der Initiierung von Gruppenbildungsprozessen, der Bildung von Lerngruppen und Lerngemeinschaften. Themen sind die Vorstellung der Universitäts- und Fakultätsstruktur sowie der studentischen Mitbestimmungsmöglichkeiten, das Berufsfeld Pädagogik als Arbeitsfeld mit biografischer Perspektive, die Organisation des Studiums inklusive Seminarplanung und BAföG-Fragen sowie die Thematisierung von Unsicherheiten und Erfahrungen mit der neuen Situation an der Universität in einem geschützten (studentischen) Rahmen.
