Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende des Fachs Rechtswissenschaft (Abschluss 1. Prüfung) und bietet eine Vertiefung der in den strafrechtlichen Grundkursen erworbenen Kenntnisse. Der Kurs wird durchgängig als Fallbesprechung abgehalten, bei denen eine aktive Mitwirkung erwünscht ist.
Es werden eine Klausur und eine Hausarbeit angeboten.
