In der Vorlesung wird das Total Quality Management aus der Sicht des Statistikers betrachtet. Wir beschäftigen uns also mit Qualitätskontrolle und
Versuchsplanung. Im einzelnen werden zunächst einfache Werkzeuge wie Ishikawa-Diagramme und Paretocharts betrachtet. Anschließend werden klassische
Qualitätsregelkarten, CUSUM-Karten und faktorielle und fraktionelle faktorielle Versuchspläne behandelt.Gliederung
