Das Kolloquium ist als Ergänzungsangebot zu den Vorlesungen "Binnenmarktrecht" und "Wirtschaftsverfassungs- und -verwaltungsrecht I" zu verstehen. Es werden aktuelle Entscheidungen deutscher Gerichte und des EuGH analysiert. Die Entscheidungen sollen von den Teilnehmern/innen kurz dargestellt und kommentiert werden; anschließend findet eine allgemeine Aussprache statt. Ziel ist es, das Verständnis des europäischen und deutschen öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts problemorientiert zu vertiefen. Die Veranstaltung ist insofern zur Examensvorbereitung geeignet und dient zugleich auch der Einübung sog. Schlüsselqualifikationen.
