Ziel des Kurses ist die Vermittlung grundlegender Kenntnisse bei der Verwendung von Computern im Studium. Themen des fünftägigen Blockkurses sind:
Thema 1: Computer, Daten und Dateien
Thema 2: Textverarbeitung und Tabellenkalkulation
Thema 3:
A)Die Darstellung von Information im Computer - Zeichenrepertoires
B) Der EMACS-Editor
Thema4: Arbeiten mit Regulären Ausdrücken im EMACS
Thema 5: Präsentationen
Thema 6: Internetseiten mit XHTMLIm Verlauf des Vormittags (9-13h) werden neue Inhalte erläutert, Techniken werden vorgeführt und eingeübt. Am Nachmittag gibt es im Rahmen eines Tutoriums (14-16) Raum für Nachfragen und weitere Übungen.
Dieses Propädeutikum findet im Anschluß an das Wintersemester statt (7.-11.2.2005). Es wendet sich insbesondere an Studierende der Linguistik und der Klinischen Linguistik. Studierende mit Nebenfach Texttechnologie sollten vorzugsweise an dem Propädeutikum von Herrn Witt vor Beginn des Wintersemesters teilnehmen.
