Die Veranstaltung vermittelt Lehrinhalte der Wahlfachgruppe "Wirtschaftsrecht" nach der StudO 1998 sowie des Schwerpunktbereichs "Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung" (bzw. des Ergänzungsfachs "Unternehmensrecht") nach der StudPrO 2003. Es werden ausgewählte Probleme des Unternehmensrechts anhand von Entscheidungen des BGH und des EuGH erörtert. Von den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern wird die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit (Referate und Diskussionsbeiträge) erwartet. Die Teilnahme setzt Grundkenntnisse des deutschen Gesellschaftsrechts voraus (Grundkurs Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht oder Vorlesung Gesellschaftsrecht I). Einzelheiten werden am
14. Oktober 2004 besprochen.Es können ein Wahlfachschein der WFG "Wirtschaftsrecht" (StudO 1998) und ggf. auch Leistungsnachweise im Schwerpunktbereich "Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung" (StudPrO 2003) erworben werden.
Das Kolloquium dient auch der Vermittlung von Schlüsselqualifikationen.
