Ziel des Seminars ist Darstellung, Diskussion und Reflexion des Problems organisationaler Paradoxien, die sich am Fall der WTO aus dem Konflikt zwischen funktionssystemspezifischer Amoralität der Ökonomie einerseits und dem anhaltenden Bedarf nach einer globalen Moral andererseits ergeben.

  • Prozesse globaler Innenpolitik als Bestandteil von globaler Gouvernanz
  • Organisationsdynamik komplexer Organisationen in widersprüchlichen Umwelten
  • Der Fall WTO als Illustration
