Aufgabe des Proseminars ist die Klärung der grundlegenden Begriffe der Moralphilosophie Kants (Freiheit, Imperativ, Pflicht, Wille, Willkür, Maxime, Zurechnung, Recht, Moral etc.). Besprochen werden ihre Definition, ihre Funktion im Aufbau der Theorie, ihre Herkunft und Neuprägung bei Kant. Daraus ergibt sich auch eine Einführung in das Kantische System der Ethik (einschl. Recht) im historischen Kontext.

Requirements for participation, required level

Regelmäßige Teilnahme, Übernahme von Kurzreferaten zur vorläufigen Textinterpretation.

Wird im Seminar vorgestellt. Empfehlenswert: G. Geismann, Sittlichkeit, Religion und Geschichte in der Philosophie Kants. In: Jahrbuch für Recht und Ethik, Bd. 8, 2000, 437-531.
