Im Mittelpunkt der Vorlesung steht der Pflichtfach-Stoff des Handelsrechts: Kauf-mannsbegriff und Kaufmannsgesellschaft; Handelsregister und Rechtsscheinshaf-tung; Firmenrecht; Übertragung und Vererbung des kaufmännischen Unternehmens; Prokura und Handlungsvollmacht. Aus dem Recht der Handelsgeschäfte werden die allgemeinen Vorschriften und der Handelskauf besprochen.
Es wird ein vorlesungsbegleitendendes Skript herausgegeben
