Die Vorlesung behandelt die allgemeinen Lehren des Bürgerlichen Rechts und führt in die juristische Falllösungstechnik ein. Sie ist Pflichtveranstaltung gem. § 20 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 lit. a StudPrO 2007. Eine Semesterabschlussklausur als Leistungsnachweis gem. § 21 Abs. 2 lit. a StudPrO 2007 wird angeboten.
Eine Literaturempfehlung wird zu Beginn der Vorlesung gegeben.
