Eines der wichtigsten Felder der Sozialpolitik moderner Gesellschaften ist die Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Das Seminar führt in die Arbeitsmarktpolitik der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ein. Folgende Fragen stehen im Vordergrund: Welche Struktur finden sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt? Welche arbeitspolitische Maßnahmen werden in Deutschland eingesetzt? Folgende Themenbereiche gliedern die Veranstaltung:

1) Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt

  • Steigende Arbeitslosigkeit
  • Segmentierung des Arbeitsmarktes
  • Problemgruppen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt

2) Arbeitsmarktpolitik

  • Institutionen der passiven und aktiven Arbeitsmarktpolitik
  • Entwicklung der Arbeitsmarktpolitik in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
  • Arbeitsmarktpolitik und Sozialpolitik
  • Internationaler Vergleich der Arbeitsmarktpolitik

3) Theoretische Grundlagen

  • Neoklassischer Ansatz
  • Keynesianische Beschäftigungstheorie
  • Segmentationstheorie

Ab sofort können Referate übernommen werden. Ich gebe gerne Literaturhinweise.
