Das Seminar richtet sich primär an B.Sc. Hauptfach-Studierende, die die Vorlesung "Einführung in die neurokognitive Psychologie" besuchen. Ziel ist es, den Vorlesungsstoff an ausgewählten spannenden Forschungsarbeiten vertiefend kennenzulernen. Thematisch werden die Schwerpunkte in den Feldern Wahrnehmung, Gedächtnis, Bewegungssteuerung und Aufmerksamkeit liegen. Neben klassisch experimentalpsychologischen Forschungsarbeiten sollen auch Studien aus dem Bereich der Kognitiven Neurowissenschaften und der Robotik vorgestellt werden.

Das vorher angebotene Seminar "Current Readings of Vision Science" fällt aus, stattdessen findet das Begleitseminar statt.
