Die Veranstaltung will auf Vorgerücktenniveau die Vermittlung der Fähigkeit zur praktischen Rechtsanwendung fortsetzen. Es werden zwei Hausarbeiten, davon eine als Ferienhausarbeit, sowie drei Klausuren angeboten.

Die Teilnahme an der Übung setzt den Nachweis voraus
1. der erfolgreichen Teilnahme an zwei Semesterabschlussklausuren in thematisch unterschiedlichen Lehrveranstaltungen des Bürgerlichen Rechts und
2. einer erfolgreichen studienbegleitenden Hausarbeit im Bürgerlichen Recht, im Strafrecht oder im Öffentlichen Recht.
