Der Trampolinkurs bietet in optimaler Weise die Möglichkeit, die Bewegungskoordination zu verbessern, Bewegungs- und Erfolgserlebnisse zu vermitteln und Ängste abzubauen bzw. zu überwinden. Darüber hinaus ist es das Ziel des Kurses, Helfen und Sichern auf dem Gerät zu erlernen, die Trampolin-Schiebematten methodisch richtig einzusetzen sowie methodisch und sicherheitsbewusst die Grundschule des Trampolinturnens bis zum Salto rückwärts und vorwärts zu erlernen, um sie entsprechend weitergeben zu können. Der Grundkurs ist durch differenziertes Vorgehen für Anfänger ohne Vorkenntnisse und für Sportler mit Vorerfahrungen gleichermaßen geeignet. Der theoretische Aspekt wird in der Veranstaltung dargestellt und von den Studierenden in Form der Stundenprotokollierung nachbereitet. Für den Kurs ist ein Skript vorhanden. Eine Literaturliste wird im Kurs bekanntgegeben. Regelmäßige, aktive Teilnahme (75%) ist verpflichtend
