In der Vorlesung wird das Total Quality Manangement aus der Sicht des Statistikers betrachtet.
Wir beschäftigen uns also mit Qualitätskontrolle und Versuchsplanung.
Im Einzelnen werden Qualitätsregelkarten, Cusum-Karten, faktorielle und fraktionelle faktorielle Versuchspläne und Taguchi-Methoden behandelt.Außerdem wird gezeigt. wie man Datensätze mit SAS auswertet.
In der Übung werden sowohl Übungsaufgaben zu den in der Vorlesung betrachteten Verfahren besprochen. Außerdem wird am Rechner mit SAS gearbeitet
