In dieser Veranstaltung werden die Studierenden in das Rettungsschwimmen eingeführt. Im Laufe des Semesters werden Leistungen für das "Deutsche Rettungsschwimmabzeichen" in SILBER abgenommen.
Schwerpunte sind:
- Strecken- und Tieftauchen (evtl. HNO-Arzt konsultieren ob Nebenhöhlen Ohren und Nase in Ordnung sind!!!)
- Wasserspringen
- Schwimmen unter verschiedenen Bedingungen
- Befreiungsgriffe
- HLW (Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung)
- Gefahren am und im Wasser (Sicherheitsmaßnahmen)
Weitere organisatorische Merkmale werden in der 1. Stunde besprochen.
Der Erste-Hilfe-Kurs kann während der Veranstaltung im Block erworben werden.Literatur:
Üben und Anwenden (wird besorgt durch eine Sammelbestellung DM 3,00)Kosten: DM 35,00 + DM 3,00 = DM 38,00
