Das Seminar beleuchtet das interdisziplinäre, künstlerisch-pädagogische Berufsfeld der Vermittlung am Theater. Produktionsbegleitende und themenbezogene Workshops, sowie Projekte mit Laien sind wesentliche Bausteine. In der zweiteiligen Blockveranstaltung werden Aufbau und Methoden theaterpädagogischer Formate vorgestellt und analysiert, eigene Konzepte entwickelt und einzelne Module im Rahmen des Seminars erprobt.
Die Kulturpädagogin und Schauspielerin ist seit 2006 Theaterpädagogin am Theater Bielefeld. Sie leitet den dortigen Jugendclub und installierte partizipative Projektreihen wie Selbstauslö-ser und Parallele Welten. Gemeinsam mit dem 5-köpfigen JungplusX-Team gestaltet sie die Spielplanvermittlung des Dreispartenhauses. Nebenberufliche Tätigkeiten sind u.a. Lehraufträge für Theater in der Sozialen Arbeit, Theaterfortbildungen für Lehrer*innen und Erzieher*innen, Trainings für Teambuilding und Selbstpräsentation
