Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist es, theoretische Konzepte und Betrachtungsweisen auf Schule, Unterricht und die zukünftige Lehrerrolle kennen zu lernen. Der Wechsel von der Schüler- zur Lehrersicht soll erleichtert werden, indem die bisher in der OPS erlebten praktischen Erfahrungen mit wissenschaftlichen Theorien zu professionellem Handeln verknüpft werden. Einen Ausgangspunkt bilden dabei biografische Motive der Teilnehmenden bzgl. Ihrer Berufswahlentscheidung.
Durch die Auseinandersetzung mit theoretischen Konzepten einerseits und einem Einblick in die praktischen Anforderungen des Lehrerhandeln anderseits lernen Sie Beobachtungsmöglichkeiten von Unterrichtspraxis auf wissenschaftlich fundierter Grundlage kennen.
Sie nehmen als Teilnehmerin bzw. Teilnehmer aktiv am Seminar teil, indem sie Motive und Erwartungen ihrer Berufswahl reflektieren, eigene Beobachtungsschemata für Unterrichtshospitationen im Praktikum entwickeln, Erfahrungen des Eignungspraktikums einbringen und unterschiedliche Perspektiven auf Lehren und Lernen erarbeiten.
