Die Vorlesung richtet sich an Hörer der Fakultäten für Rechtswissenschaft und Gesundheitswissenschaft. Sie bietet eine Einführung in die Grundlagen des derzeit stark nachgefragten Medizinrechts: Grundbegriffe und Rechtsquellen des Medizinrechts, Berufsrecht der Heilberufe, Vertragsarztrecht, Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen Arzt und Patient, Arzthaftungsrecht und Arztstrafrecht, Krankenhausrecht.
Juristische Vorkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
