- Diese Veranstaltung ist nur für diejenigen Studierenden gedacht, die bereits im WiSe 2006/07 mit der "Fallstudienwerkstatt Schulentwicklung" begonnen haben und denen noch ein entsprechendes Theorieseminar fehlt oder im Element 3.4.1 eine Veranstaltung benötigen.

Im Zentrum der Veranstaltung wird eine kritische Sichtung der Themen Bildungs-, bzw. Schulqualität sowie deren Entwicklung stehen. Im Seminar werden zu Beginn verschiedene Konzepte und Herangehensweisen an Schulentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung und Unterrichtsentwicklung gesichtet; auch Fragen zu Evaluation und Forschung werden hierbei behandelt. An unterschiedlichen Beispielen werden wir uns im Seminar einen Überblick über prominente Vertreter, gängige Konstrukte und Verfahren erarbeiten. Eines wird voraussichtlich das Konzept der International Baccalaureate Organisation sein.
In kritischer Distanz sollen die Beispiele auch nach pädagogischen Wirkungen befragt werden.
Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass jede Teilnehmerin / jeder Teilnehmer im Seminar kontinuierlich Texte rezipiert; dabei werden wir auch auf Texte in englischer Sprache zugreifen. Benotete Einzelleistungen können darüber hinaus erworben werden.
