Ziel ist es, die mathematischen Zusammenhänge aus Vorlesung und Praktikum des Basismoduls I möglichst vielen Studierenden zugänglich zu machen. Studierende lernen, mathematische Werkzeuge für biologische Fragestellungen einzusetzen. Im Tutorium werden wir
• Grundlagen schaffen für die Datenerhebung und Auswertung im Praktikum
• mathematische Zusammenhänge aus Vorlesung und Praktikum klären und vertiefen
• Übungsaufgaben lösenEs wird kein Frontalunterricht gehalten, sondern die Möglichkeit geboten, die mathematischen Inhalte anzuwenden.
Bitte bringen Sie einen Taschenrechner mit.Der Kurs ist an alle Studierende der Biologie gerichtet. Da er sich im Ablauf aber konkret am Basismodul 1 Praktikum orientiert, bietet er sich besonders für Studierende im 1. Semester an.
Die Inhalte sind relevant für ein Verständnis der biologischen Zusammenhänge, die Arbeit im Praktikum, die Erstellung der Protokolle sowie die abschließende Klausur. Die Bearbeitung von Übungsaufgaben vor und während des Tutoriums ermöglicht die Erwähnung der Leistungen im Transkript.

Beginnend mit der zweiten Kurswoche gehe ich davon aus, dass Sie das jeweilige Praktikumsskript im Hinblick auf mathematische Anforderungen durchgearbeitet und eine mögliche Datenauswertung weitestgehend vorbereitet haben.
