391006 Biotechnologie 2 Praktikum a (Pr) (WiSe 2025/2026)

Es werden die verfahrenstechnischen Grundlagen gelegt, um eine allgemeine Basis zum Verständnis der Reaktions- und Aufarbeitungstechnik zu schaffen. Dies geht von der Bilanzierung von Prozessen über die Fluiddynamik zu Stoff- und Wärmetransport sowie zum Verhalten disperser Systeme. Verschiedene Prozessführungen werden anhand grundständiger Apparate und Verfahrensweisen diskutiert. Das Lesen von Verfahrensfließbildern, Kenntnisse über die Funktionsweise von Pumpen und eine kleine Einführung in mathematische Anwendungen gehören ebenfalls dazu.
Der letzte Abschnitt der Veranstaltung wird zur Vorbereitung des Praktikums im dritten Semester genutzt.
Schwerpunkte des Praktikums bilden die Bestimmung des Sauerstoffgehalts in Flüssigkeiten und des volumetrischen Stoffaustauschkoeffizienten (kLa) für Sauerstoff im gerührten System Luft/Wasser, das Wachstum von Zellkulturen, unterschiedliche mikroskopische Methoden, Grundlagen der Chromatographie sowie die DNA-Analytik.Das Praktikum findet in den Laborbereichen E0 und F0 statt.
Wichtige Information für Studentinnen:
Sofern eine Schwangerschaft bekannt wird, ist eine Arbeit in den Laboren nicht ohne Weiteres möglich. Hier steht moralisch und gesetzlich der Schutz des Ungeborenen im Vordergrund. Für das weitere Vorgehen bitte unverzüglich Kontakt aufnehmen mit dem Studiengangkoordinator Dominik Cholewa: mbt.techfak@uni-bielefeld.de. Zusammen mit dem Studiengangskoordinator werden dann diskret alle nötigen Vorkehrungen getroffen und alle Möglichkeiten für das Studium mit Kind belichtet.
Diese Information erfolgt auch jährlich bei den Sicherheitsunterweisungen der Labore im Fachbereich.
