Viele Institutionen, Unternehmen, Behörden, Verbände und auch pädagogische Organisationen befinden sich in Veränderungsmaßnahmen. Mal werden einzelne Abteilungen, mal ganze Bereiche oder größere Unternehmensteile umstrukturiert. In diesem Seminar werden Grundlagen, Rahmenbedingungen, Konzepte und Maßnahmen des Change Managements betrachtet. Dazu stellen sich die Fragen: Wo können Pädagogen Change Prozesse sinnvoll unterstützen und wie passen die professionellen Kompetenzen von Pädagogen in diesen Rahmen?
