In jüngster Zeit wird das Thema "Kontrakte" bei verschiedensten Formen der Kooperation in Arbeits- und Bildungsprozessen diskutiert. Kontrakte sollen ein spezifisches Setting für das Zusammentreffen unterschiedlicher Partner darstellen, z.B. bei Lehr- und Lernkontrakten, bei Erziehungskontrakten, bei der schulischen Ausbildung, bei der Weiterbildung in Unternehmen. Bei dieser Betrachtung stellen sich neuartige Fragen: Was ist ein Kontrakt? Welche Voraussetzungen müssen Kontraktpartner erfüllen, um kontraktfähig sein zu können? Worüber und wie wird ein Kontrakt abgeschlossen? Wie wird mit Verstößen gegen Absprachen umgegangen? Wie können Kontrakte theoretisch in der Systematik der derzeitigen Bildungseinrichtungen eingeordnet werden? Wie lassen sich Kontrakte praktisch realisieren? Da das Thema in der Literatur noch vergleichsweise wenig behandelt wurde, wird von den Studierenden viel Engagement und eigene Mitarbeit erwartet.
