In this seminar we will examine new developments in research in and on the global South, including work that problematizes and critically assesses the "global South" as a term and category of research.
The course will focus recent developments on in the fields of ecocriticism, postcolonial studies and world literature in order to introduce students to new ways of reading a range of texts from across the globe.
