230109 Parabel, Gleichnis, Allegorie (S) (WiSe 2012/2013)

Die ‚lehrhaften‘ Gattungen Parabel, Gleichnis und Allegorie fordern den Leser auf eine besondere Weise heraus: Er muss das Gelesene übertragen, um den Sinn des Textes zu verstehen. Im Seminar wollen wir versuchen zu klären, was es denn bedeutet, einen Text zu ‚übertragen‘, woran ein solcher Text überhaupt zu erkennen ist und worin die Unterschiede der genannten drei Gattungen bestehen.
Aus historischer Perspektive wird zudem nach Ursprung und Geschichte dieser Gattungen gefragt. Wir untersuchen hierfür u.a. Texte von Lessing, Kafka und Brecht.
