Anhand eines eigenen Selbstmodifikationsprojektes erarbeiten sich die TeilnehmerIn-nen in Kleingruppen schrittweise sowohl die theoretischen Grundlagen der verhaltens-therapeutischen Selbstmanagement-Techniken als auch ein tiefer gehendes Verständnis für deren praktische Anwendung. Das Interesse an praktischen Übungen und die Bereit-schaft zur Selbsteinbringung sind Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme.
Grundlage für das Seminar ist das unten genannte Buch. Es ist möglich, dieses zum Autorenrabatt beim Veranstalter zu bestellen (Preis etwa 10 EUR). Bitte beachten: Diese Möglichkeit besteht nur bei einer verbindlichen Bestellung und Vorauszahlung bis spä-testens zum 19. März 2007 (Raum T3-262).
