300521 Introduction to the MA Sociology International Track (S) (WiSe 2013/2014)

The introduction seminar provides an overview of the International Track MA Sociology at Bielefeld University. It is obligatory for international students who start their course of studies in the winter semester 2013/1014 and it can by attended on a voluntary basis by international students who enrolled to the MA Sociology at an earlier date and by domestic students who wish to engage in the International Track.

The course introduces the study programme of the International Track MA Sociology and offers assistance for the compilation of the individual students' timetables for the winter semester 2013/2014. Moreover, it addresses topics relevant for your studies such as academic skills. The course gives you the opportunity to meet your peers in the International Track MA Sociology and to get familiar with university facilities, such as the University Library Bielefeld and the Welcome Centre. Furthermore, the course offers enough room for your individual needs and ideas.

Please note that the first session of the seminar will take place on October 7th, 2013.
