Die Vorlesung gibt eine Einführung in Theorie und Praxis des Jugendstrafrechts. Neben den Anwendungsvoraussetzungen des Jugendstrafrechts werden u.a. Besonderheiten des Jugendstrafverfahrens und des jugendstrafrechtlichen Rechtsfolgensystems behandelt.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vor allem an Studierende des rechtswissenschaftlichen Schwerpunktbereichs 8. Jedoch sind auch Hörerinnen und Hörer aus anderen Disziplinen mit Interesse an jugendstrafrechtlichen Fragestellungen herzlich willkommen.
