Regular class participation and expectation that students attend at least 80% of the lessons.
Every week there will be texts and videos which students are required to read / watch and prepare notes regarding their opinions and ideas.
Further requirements include:
- Regular class participation - in class and on Lernraum.
- A collection of weekly videos to watch and texts to read which students will discuss during class and on Lernraum forums
- Writing in 2 weekly Facebook style Lernraum forums, including a forum entry about the week's videos and texts, as well as a forum entry regarding your online research including a website link and the searchwords used
- A 3-5 minute presentation video which students will prepare and record on their Smartphone and post on Lernraum
Because a large part of a student's skills are developed and demonstrated during the weekly class sessions, should a student misses 20% or more of those sessions, extra work will be required to prove the student's proficiency and mastery of the course material.
