Der Kurs „Italienisch für HistorikerInnen“ soll Studierende der Geschichtswissenschaft in die Lage versetzen, ausgewählte historische Texte zur Geschichte Italiens selbständig zu lesen und zu verstehen.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf dem Lesen und dem Verstehen, wobei gleichzeitig ein Basiswissen in Grammatik und Wortschatz vermittelt wird. Ziel des Kurses ist außerdem die Erarbeitung eines Wortschatzes, der für die Lektüre der Sekundärliteratur zur Geschichte Italiens grundlegend ist. Texte werden im Unterricht verteilt.
