Liebe Studierende,
ich freue mich euch an der Universität Bielefeld in eurem ersten Fachsemester begrüßen zu dürfen. In diesem Tutorium werden wir uns mit Fällen zum Allgemeinen Teil des BGB beschäftigen. Anhand dieser Fälle soll das Handwerkszeug der juristischen Methodik in Kleingruppen erarbeitet werden: Vor allem die Arbeit mit der gutachtlichen Falllösung und die Techniken in diesem Zusammenhang.
Die Bearbeitung findet sowohl im Plenum, in Einzelarbeit oder auch in Gruppenarbeit statt. Ich bitte daher um rege - auch mündliche - Beteiligung, damit ein möglichst großer Lerneffekt erzielt wird!
Der Reader mit den Sachverhalten für die ersten sechs Sitzungen ist im Lernraum Plus zur Veranstaltung BGB AT bereits hinterlegt und downloadbar. Bitte bringt eine Kopie davon mit, da wir hier immer wieder drauf zurückgreifen werden. Bitte bringt auch ein BGB der aktuellsten Fassung und genügend Schreibmaterial mit! Da die Klausur nur "analog" geschrieben wird, ist es hilfreich, die Texte deshalb auch nur in analoger Form dabei zu haben.
