Kerngebietsveranstaltung im SPB 2 (Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung) und Veranstaltung im Ergänzungsgebiet Unternehmensrecht.
Die Veranstaltung beschäftigt sich mit dem Recht der Kapitalgesellschaften.
Sie führt in die Grundlagen und Systematik des Aktienrechts ein. Der Schwerpunkt der Vorlesung liegt auf der Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung: Aktuelle Rechtsfragen der GmbH sowie die anstehende Reform des GmbH-Rechts sollen vertieft besprochen werden.
