Mittlerweile ist Coaching aus seinem Nischendasein in das breite Licht der (Fach-)Öffentlichkeit gerückt. Diese Entwicklung, die durch eine Fülle von Veröffentlichungen begleitet wird, animiert auch zu ersten wissenschaftlichen Forschungen und Untersuchungen. Die aktuellen Ergebnisse dieser Diskussionen stehen mit MIttelpunkt des Seminars und können als ein Beitrag zur Professionalisierung von Coaching gelten.
