Die Studierenden können nach der Vorlesung

  • die Begriffe Algurie, Pollakisiurie, Dysurie und Hämaturie definieren
  • Kriterien für unkomplizierte und komplizierte Harnwegsinfekte nennen
  • beschreiben, welche Parameter mit einem Urinteststreifen erhoben werden
  • die diagnostischen Instrumente Urinteststreifen, Urinsediment und Urinkultur inkl. deren Zielsetztung beschreiben und erläutern, was für welchen Zweck eingesetzt wird
  • die Pyelonephritis vom Harnwegsinfekt abgrenzen
  • die typischen pathologischen Urinbefunde für die Erkrankungen Harnwegsinfekt, Nephrolithiasis, Diabetes mellitus und Nierenerkrankungen nennen
  • die Unterschiede bei Frauen und Männern beim Harnwegsinfekt nennen und anatomisch begründen
  • allgemeine Therapieoptionen für Harnwegsinfekte aufzählen (nichtmedikamentös und medikamentös)


In der Vorlesung wird der Beratungsanlass Brennen beim Wasserlassen anhand der Leitlinie AWMF- Brennen beim Wasserlassen S3-2018 besprochen und mit Beispielen untermalt.
